When taking this measurement, stand straight with your feet together.
We define knee length as the area just below your knee caps.
Measuring too high may result in a dress that is too short.
If this is a floor length dress please make sure you measure without wearing shoes.

This is the distance from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.

Place the tape on "top" of the shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.

This is the measurement from your shoulder seam to where you would like your sleeve to end.

Measure from your shoulder seam to desired sleeve length with your arm relaxed by your side to get the best possible measurement.

Return & Refund Policy

All Marfoli dresses are made to order. Please read this policy before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at servicer@yoyocamp.com with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item, including shipping.

Standard-size items
If you are not satisfied with a standard-size item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and have its original tags attached. We refund the product price once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping and return shipping are not refundable.

Custom-size items
Custom-size dresses are made to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer limited alteration reimbursement for custom sizes: send us your tailor receipt and order number and we will reimburse eligible alteration costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order.

How to return
1. Email servicer@yoyocamp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
2. If approved, we will send a return form. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the form.
3. We inspect the item on arrival.
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Cancellations
Unpaid orders are cancelled after 5 days. Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Cancellations 24-72 hours after payment receive an 80% refund; 72-120 hours receive 70%; more than 120 hours receive 60%. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
